DESCRIPTION:The Young Professionals Group would like to invite you to join their team for Light the Night!\n\n\n\nLIGHT THE NIGHT is a fundraising event focused on helping the LEUKEMIA AND LYMPHOMA SOCIETY raise awareness and treatments for blood-related cancers. \n\n \n\nThe Cherry Creek Chamber Young Professionals are forming a fundraising walk team for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Light the Night Event held at Washington Park on Thursday\, September 26th @ 5:30 PM.\n\n \n\nEach year\, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society hosts the evening walk to help support those who are fighting\, celebrate the survivors\, and honor those who have passed from this horrible disease.\n\n \n\nThe Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) plays a HUGE role in the world of cancer care. In 2018\, LLS helped advance and approve 19 of the 21 blood cancer therapies which have been a vital step in the fight against blood cancer.  Not only does LLS provide lifesaving blood cancer research around the world\, but they also provide free information\, support services for patients\, caregivers\, and healthcare providers as well as financial assistance for patients in their biggest time of need\,  \n\n \n\nLight The Night raises critical funds to support these advances and to provide patient support & advocacy for patients all over the world.
