Chris's Bio:
Chris Herndon is the CEO of Herndon Leadership Institute, dedicated to unlocking leaders’ full potential through tailored experiences. A West Point graduate, he served nearly seven years in the military—including two deployments—before transitioning to the private sector for a few years. He then entered the world of politics, serving 12 years on Denver City Council, including several years in leadership positions.
Chris holds two master’s degrees—one in Management from Webster University and one in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver—as well as an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. His work inspires a new generation of leaders, proving that with the right mindset and tools, extraordinary achievements are within reach.
In his free time, you can often find Chris on a pickleball court perfecting his game or celebrating his children’s successes—one currently studying abroad in Spain and the other serving as a goalie for the University of Denver Junior Pioneers.
