Using one of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) tools, Barb will take you through an exercise to create a 2-page strategic plan for 2021. It simplifies strategic planning by distilling your vision into simple points that allow you to clearly define who you are as an organization, where you are going, and how you’ll get there. This tool will enable you to effectively convey your vision to your team and ensure it is shared by all.
• Amidst all of the chaos and stress of 2020, business leaders need to take a moment to rise above the chaos and point the way forward for the organization. In other words, get out of the (day to day) business and work on the business.
• Business leaders across the country are using a simple framework, the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), to align their organization around the vision and the plan to achieve that vision.
• During this workshop, you will receive a brief overview of EOS and how it helps organizations grow, as well as work through a simple, two-page strategic plan for your organization. This strategic plan will help you clearly communicate and create organizational alignment around your business’ vision and plan for 2021.
