Description
Denver has selectively chosen a few neighborhoods in which ADUs are allowed to be built. Come tour the ADU built at your Executive Director’s home in Platt Park. You can learn the following:
- How to identify if you are in the area in which Denver is allowing ADUs to be built.
- The basic cost of building an ADU.
- Some of the Denver City and County basic rules.
