I’m Britni Barnello, an Aveda-trained stylist and small business owner with over 12 years of experience, known for creating personalized looks that support healthy hair and enhance each client’s style. I thoughtfully consider cowlicks, texture, and growth patterns to deliver results that are realistic, low-maintenance, and beautiful. I’m Great Lengths–trained and Amplify extension–trained, specializing in seamless extensions that blend naturally while prioritizing hair health. My approach focuses on the full picture—cut, color, extensions, and lifestyle—so clients leave with hair that looks great and feels easy to live with.

Beyond the salon, I’m currently studying Business Administration with a focus on leadership and have a passion for statistics and exploring my educational and professional world. I’m deeply committed to supporting our local community—volunteering where it’s needed most and helping others discover opportunities they deserve. I believe everyone deserves a voice and a seat at the table. I’m excited to learn from others in the Chamber, share what I know, and build meaningful professional relationships where we can grow, collaborate, and succeed together.
