At Steele Street Medical Center, our care philosophy is collaborative. Our providers take the time to listen to your concerns and develop a plan for care with you. Through the My Health Connection portal, you have online access to all of your medical records, including lab results and visit summaries.

Steele Street Primary Care. From routine physicals to maintenance of chronic conditions like diabetes or cholesterol management, our primary care physicians provide expert care. Open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed on weekends.

Steele Street Urgent Care. Open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Have an illness or minor injury that doesn’t warrant a trip to the emergency room, yet is too important to wait for a primary care appointment? Come see us! Walk in or reserve your spot in line and we’ll text when it’s time to come in.
